These tracks were all made by our students in the classes.
Guided instruction for song creation
We teach pairs of kids and parents to use real hardware. Real synthesizers, real drum machines. Our workshops usually go for 90 mins. We record a track together as a class and it get uploaded to share with family and friends!

Our Teacher
Julian teaches sound design and electronic instrument “jamming”. He has lead classes for both high school and primary school and runs these music school workshops around Brisbane.
Most of his classes are aimed at total beginners. He loves sharing the world of electronic sounds and music with students and hearing their amazing creations.
Synth School
Founded in 2019 by Julian Scharf, Synth School, is a workshop based music school. We focus on electronic musical equipment and performance. Based in Brisbane, Australia.
